Behavior Supports | Early Childhood Specialists

Alliance for Kids partners with The Resource Exchange to provide FREE  Early Childhood Services for parents and Early Care and Education programs.

ABOUT THIS RESOURCE (EARLY CHILDHOOD SPECIALISTS):  TRE staff trained in development and behavior assessment who will assist care providers and parents in planning and implementing interventions for the specified child to succeed or to improve an overall classroom’s support of children’s social emotional development. Early Childhood Specialists DO NOT provide diagnosis or evaluation. This is a free resource!

WHO WE SUPPORT:

  • Children ages 0-8 who are showing disruptive behaviors in a child care center, family child care home, preschool or school setting within El Paso, Teller and Park Counties.
  • Classroom staff interested in consultation on implementing social emotional curriculum and strategies within El Paso, Teller and Park Counties.

WHEN: Meetings & assessment times will be coordinated based upon needs of the provider, parent, and child.

WHERE: The ECS will come to the childcare center, family child care home, or preschool for assessments and meetings, and/or meet with parents in their home to provide coordinated service for the family and providers.

  • Child Specific – Site/teacher or provider name; site/provider address; child name & DOB;
    parent(s) name, address, and phone; primary concern or needs

Schedule a Dental Bus!
Dental care and education and is very important to the well-being of young children. If you would like to schedule a Dental Bus to come on-site at your center to provide dental care and education for your children, please contact Evon Myers at Peak Vista. Parents do not need to be present for children to receive care, but consent is required – see documents below. Please consider printing these forms and having parents fill them out at registration or during conferences.
